1. General Information<\/h2><\/div>

Trade fair deployment<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

You will be deployed at a trade fair in Germany. Please check your route carefully and use the stand number to confirm your exact assignment location. Your supervisor will provide your admission ticket either digitally or in person on site.<\/p>

Working hours<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

Working hours begin directly at the exhibition stand. Punctuality and reliability are essential to ensure smooth operations.<\/p>

Work attire<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

Always wear clean and well-presented work attire: elegant black dress trousers combined with a shirt or blouse. Your shoes should also be neat and comfortable, as you will be standing most of the time.<\/p>

Training<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

The initial training takes place in coordination with the client directly at the exhibition stand. You will be briefed on procedures, key work steps, the team, and the goals to be achieved. Participation in this training is mandatory and a prerequisite for your assignment.<\/p>

Communication<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

Communication at the exhibition stand must remain professional at all times:<\/p>

  • Do not discuss your salary with clients or with colleagues.<\/li>
  • Personal information, such as your relationship status or private life, must not be shared.<\/li>
  • Maintain a friendly and professional manner with guests, clients, and team members.<\/li><\/ul>

    General rules<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

    The following is strictly prohibited during working hours:<\/p>

    • Smoking, personal phone calls, or listening to music.<\/li>
    • Sharing personal contact details, addresses, or social media profiles with clients.<\/li>
    • Taking breaks without prior approval.<\/li><\/ul>

      Breaks must be coordinated with the exhibitors and recorded digitally. Start your working time at the assigned stand and end it when leaving.<\/p>

      Safety guidelines<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

      In an emergency, please follow the exhibition grounds\u2019 escape and emergency plans as well as the specific instructions at your stand and in the hall. If you have any questions about safety measures, contact your assigned supervisor before starting work.<\/p><\/div>
